Refunds

If you are unhappy with a paid check, email support@disputeworthy.com within 7 days of the payment. We refund the full $9. You do not have to prove the dispute failed.

Include the email you paid with, or the private result link. We send the refund through Stripe to the same card. The free check has no charge, so there is nothing to refund.

A refund does not change a dispute you already sent to a claimant. We cannot pull a dispute back from YouTube.
